I’m Kayleigh – the founder of SoulSync HR. With experience in leading People Teams from start ups to large organisations, I specialise in building people strategies that are clear, effective, and rooted in what really matters. I hold a Level 7 CIPD qualification (Master’s level) and am a qualified professional coach, an EQ-i 2.0 and colour personality profiling practitioner, with strong expertise in employment law and employee relations.

I’m a straight talker who understands business priorities when it comes to people. My approach is direct, hands-on, and influential — I cut through the noise with warmth and clarity, always focused on clear actions that deliver results. At the heart of what I do is one simple aim: syncing people and purpose – aligning culture, behaviours, and strategy in a way that drives results and feels right. My strengths lie in combining commercial insight with emotional intelligence to lead change, develop leaders, and create workplaces where people thrive.

 Based in Huddersfield, I provide HR services across the UK and work with a trusted network of experienced consultants nationwide. This allows us to offer flexible, localised support tailored to your business needs.
